General Term and conditions of enrolment:
The following terms and conditions apply for regular, intensive, semi-intensive courses and Spanish courses for holidays.
1.- Students must register online and the payment of the course fee will be required in advance. The payment of the course fee must accompany the student’s enrolment form. Mexcetera is not responsible for any incurred extra-charges due to transactions made through third parties.
2.- Unless otherwise stated, the course fees do not include the cost of teaching material (books/handouts).
3.-Mexcetera will confirm a Spanish course during the week before it is due to start.
4.- Payments made in advance are strictly non-refundable or transferable towards another course.
5.-If for any reason the course is cancelled and Mexcetera is not able to offer any alternatives, students will be entitled to a refund. Mexcetera reserves the right to cancel a course if the minimum number of students required isn’t met.
6.-Refunds will be made through the same payment method the student used to make his payment. If a refund is made through paypal, Mexcetera is not responsible for any transaction fees that may apply.
7.- Holidays and/or classes suspended by us (Mexcetera) will not affect the number of lessons in the student’s block of lessons.
8.-By booking your place on a course you agree to Mexcetera’s terms and Conditions for providing this service.

Method of Payment.
We accept payments by credit cards, debit cards and bank transfers via PayPal. Paypal is our preferred method of payment, it is not necessary to have an account on paypal for making a payment with a credit or a debit card. Mexcetera is not responsible for the transaction fee that may apply.

a) If your status is unemployed, please provide a proof of that you are receiving a jobseeker’s allowance
b) If you are a full time student, any document that states that you are currently register at a school and that you are a full time student will be sufficient.
